Like Justice Scalia, I don't believe the Constitution currently protects the right to life for the unborn either; which is why I support a pro-life amendment to the Constitution.

But I guess that makes me one of the unborns' worst enemies in the eyes of constitutional halfwits like Judy Brown. Let me put it this way: if every Justice on the Court were just like Scalia, Roe v. Wade would be history.

By the way, Brown's attack on Scalia places him in good company - the U.S. Bishops. The woman is one of the worst bishop bashers out there. I admire her work on behalf of the unborn, and I get ALL's daily email updates. But the woman often goes over the top with her rhetoric.

Brown's rhetoric is over the top and uncharitable. I'm not well versed in the finer points of the constitution, but I'm still educating myself on ways to end abortion on demand and your ideas on a pro-life amendment makes sense at the moment. Again, I'm a neophyte when it comes to law, but any good book(s) that you would recommend to shed more light on this would be appreciated.
