Should Liberals Leave the Church?

I'm not sure if I agree with that just yet. Only because I hope for their conversion or eventual adherence to the teachings of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, ie, the Magisterium. The liberal Catholic problem lies in not being properly catechized as well as falling to worldly trends of abortion, contraception, sodomy, sexual illicitly, etc. The article in the Boston Globe goes on to say why they, the liberals, haven't left the Church. There are other options such as the Episcopal Church that is more to their liking with Homosexual practicing Bishops and woman priests. There are also the Unitarians with their acceptance of all and standing for nothing dogma. Anyways, for more on this article click here.

They won't leave the church because deep down they know its right, maybe the pleading of their gurdian angels is all that is keeping them in.

However if some twisted people got a major schism going, a church that still seemed and looked catholic with plenty of dissenting priests on board, a sort of liberal SSPX, the results could get scary.

They wouldn't last more than two generations. And even then if they survive their own defections, shisms, etc.
