Calif. Approves Gay Marriage Bill - CBS News

(AP) The California Legislature on Tuesday became the first legislative body in the country to approve same-sex marriages, as gay-rights advocates overcame two earlier defeats in the Assembly. The 41-35 vote sends the bill to Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Unfortunate as it is, these legislators are going against their own constituents vote that opposed homosexual unions. On top of this, it goes against God's law. It will be a sad day if this bill is approved and provide a victory for the Culture of Death.
