Cafe Catholica '07: Faith & Politics

This Monday evening, July 16 beginning at 7:30 pm, Cafe Catholica will have as a guest speaker Dave Wallace, the mayor of Sugarland, Texas as well as Barbara J. Elliott. The theme for tomorrow evenings young adult conference is "Faith & Politics" from a Catholic perspective.
Cafe Catholica will begin with a Mass inside the St. Vincent de Paul parish hall at 6:30 pm, followed by dinner (with a nominal donation of $5) at 7:00 pm, then the guest speakers begin at 7:30 pm. St. Vincent de Paul is located on 6800 Buffalo Speedway with Holcombe as the cross street. There is ample parking on both sides of the church.

Thanks for posting the information. We appreciate it especially since this is the first year to be run without Bill's past expertise. We ended up having a good turn out and lots of new faces. Hope your evening went well and don't forget the Arch Bishop is next week. His talk is something that he really wanted to discuss with his flock.
