Conservatives Have More Babies
An interesting article came out on Wall Street Journal's online editorial edition comparing and contrasting who loves having a family and who doesn't. It seems that the liberally inclined that generally vote for the Democratic ticket are having much fewer children than their conservatively inclined Republican voters.
This shows yet again why the Pro-Life movement is entrenched on the side of Republican issues such as banning abortion and the Anti-Life movement, they refer to themselves as Pro-Choice, favor Democrats. Could it be that liberals 'choosing' to abort are generally more selfish and narcissistic and conservatives are more family oriented and love life more?
I say yes. Whether consciously or subconsciously, even when a liberal argues they love life, they undermine their argument when they are for aborting, ie, killing young babies, because of a 'lifestyle' choice.
Well choices have consequences and recent studies are showing that, even when taken into account other demographic factors, Democratic strongholds like California in 20 years time will be solidly Republican because Republicans are having more babies than Democrats.
Now which party is more pro-family?

Left to their own devices, Liberals will die out. I say, let them.
It is a mistake, however, to assume that Republicans are conservative and Democrats are liberal. Both are, generally, liberal; there are very few true conservatives in the United States.
Pax tecum
gaufridus is correct. A Congressman once told me that there is very little difference between people within the two parties once they hit Washington. The only difference comes from those few individuals who are willing to stand up for what they believe and are willing to vote their conscience, regardless of the political consequences.
We need to pray continuously for spiritual, God fearing men like Congressman Mike Pence because they are so few.
come on guys didn't you hear, couples having more than 1.5 children will destroy the planet? I've got a link here somewhere, give me a sec to find it...
/end sarcasm.
I look at those precious little babies sitting on the couch and can't help but wonder: How in the world could someone be so cruel as to kill something as beautiful as this?
The answer, of course, is that they don't have Jesus living in their hearts...
