Practicing Catholicism Publicly

We as young adult Catholics should practice our Faith with confidence. We should do this in the public arena and reclaim our culture from the secular media that has imposed its immoral standards on society. By practicing our Faith in public, we take back a little bit of our culture and reaffirm it. We give others resolve and comfort in knowing that there are others out there who share the same values as we do, both Catholics and Protestants alike! As Pope Benedict XVI said in his opening homily at the Synod of Bishops in Rome yesterday, "A tolerance which allows God as a private opinion but which excludes Him from public life, from the reality of the world and our lives, is not tolerance but hypocrisy,".
