Joaquin Aguilar Mendez, 25, filed a civil suit in Los Angeles accusing Archbishop Roger M. Mahony of negligence in aiding the plight of a homosexual predator Father Nicolas Aguilar Rivera. Cardinal Mahony, also the Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, and Cardinal Norberto Rivera Carrera of Mexico City are accused of being partly responsible for sexual battery.

The details are to disturbing to post on my blog. Of course Cardinal Mahony is denying the allegations. His high-priced Hollywood lawyers are seasoned veterans but in time they will pay the price either here on earth or when they meet their maker.
